Each session is intended to meet you exactly where you’re at, and is by no means a one-size-fits-all approach. I encourage active engagement, participation and collaboration and, when helpful, I may challenge you so that you can break free from stagnation, and enhance your resilience and adaptability in the face of life’s challenges.

Eventually, we may also integrate mind-body practices intended to effect more long lasting and meaningful change than just talk-therapy alone.

Guided Breathwork

Breathwork sessions offer a space for exploration and growth. Together, we'll explore your emotions, unravel patterns, and cultivate resilience. Through the gentle rhythm of your breath and the focus of mindfulness, we'll unlock insights, release tension, and pave the path towards healing. With each session, we will discover a deeper connection to yourself and the tools to navigate life's challenges with clarity and compassion.

Supportive Hands-On Touch

Breathwork sessions may also include supportive touch. There is so much evidence for the important role of touch in mental and emotional well-being! Respectful and attuned touch is essential for the mind-body connection and can help release blocked emotions and restore balance between body and mind. These sessions typically last 60-minutes, and may also include gentle movement and breathwork.
